We appreciate your good hospitality.感謝
We would appreciate it if you kindly....
We would appreciate your early reply.
=Your early reply would be highly appreciated.
我方感謝時, We would be appreciated...
We would be appreciated （被誰？）to serve the different tastes that will make you forget your tiredness in its roomy and comfortable ambiance氣忿.
據我的觀察, 表我方感謝時錯誤使用"we would be appreciated..." 或"We are appreciated..."
“we would be appreciated…..” is like “ordering, thanks in advance if you do it our way, we will be happy if you do it our way”. We would be appreciated if you could leave now.
“we would appreciate….” is like “requesting, we will be happy if you do it our way”. We would appreciate greatly if you would stop talking.
“we appreciated…” is like “we thanked”, we appreciated your help.
“we/ you are appreciated…” is like “we've been thank by..”, we/ you are appreciated by the school.
Using past tense (would, could) is more polite.
